  • We are responsible for delivering products within Riyadh, and we estimate that your order is expected to arrive within 24 hours from the moment that your order is confirmed by email . Other cities within Saudi Arabia we promise to ship your order on the same day that your order is confirmed by email , and we estimate that your order is expected to arrive within 3-5 days. If a Shipment is undeliverable for any reason such as: (i) Customer cannot be contacted; (ii) Customer fails to give instructions within three (3) days from the shipment arrival date; (iii) Customer abandons or neglects the Shipment;(iv) Customer refuses the Shipment; (v) Shipment is refused by government authorities, in this case terms and conditions of the shipping agency applied.
  • If you change your mind about your purchase before we deliver or ship the order, you only need to contact our customer service number 00966558010040 to cancel your order, and we will do our best within reasonable limits to cancel it, provided that it has already been implemented your request.
  • If you would change your order delivery destination to other city within the kingdom after shipping you may have to pay an additional fee.
  • Delivery charges will be added, if any, to product prices, and will be displayed in your local currency separately on the application form during the checkout process.
  • Orders are delivered from Saturday to Thursday, except Fridays and public holidays
  • All applications are subject to acceptance. Iluba Roses reserve the right to refuse or cancel the request for any reason, including inaccuracies, product errors or pricing information, inability to obtain price authorization, or restrictions on delivery applicable to a particular place, or because The requested item does not meet the quality control standards we apply and is being withdrawn, or because you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions or any other problem we discover.
  • Once you place an order, you will receive an email with your order details. This email is not an acceptance of your order, but is an assurance that we have received your request
  • One of our agents will contact you or the gift recipient on the mobile number that you have provided on the application form (Delivery Details) during the checkout to confirm your request and if our agent can not reach you or can not reach the gift recipient on the number you provided you will receive an email asking you to respond or to inform you the gift recipient is not reachable. Even in the absence of confirmation, the initial request will also be processed.
  • The returned item/s must be in its original condition. 
  • The Store is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping. In this case, customer should contact the shipping company.
  • The 1 year warranty for the longevity of the product is for the flowers only and not for its container. 
  • All returns will be a replacement for the same item.
